In this hands-on camp, young artists dive into the world of clay and pattern through tactile, imaginative making. Led by Dora and Anna, students will explore both ceramics and mosaic techniques, learning how to shape, build, and assemble materials into functional and decorative forms. From hand-building clay pieces to arranging mosaic patterns, campers will develop an understanding of structure, surface, and design while working directly with their hands.
With guidance from Dora and Anna, campers will build confidence in their creative process, strengthen fine motor skills, and practice thoughtful decision-making in a supportive studio environment. Each child will leave with a collection of handmade ceramic and mosaic works—unique pieces that reflect both their imagination and their growing understanding of material, form, and design.
