Ceramic Open Studio
Our Ceramic Open Studio is designed for makers who want dedicated time to work independently in a supportive studio environment. Whether you’re handbuilding, glazing, or throwing on the wheel, this is your space to slow down, experiment, and continue developing your practice.
The package is $250 for 10 sessions, each including a 2-hour block of open clay time. You’re welcome to work with handbuilding, glazing, or wheel throwing (wheel use is available as long as spots are open). The package also includes 25 lbs of clay to get you started, plus a 1 × 2 ft storage board to keep your work-in-progress safely in the studio.
For more flexibility, drop-in sessions are available for $30 per visit. Drop-ins include studio access only and do not include clay or storage. Additional 1 lb clay balls are available for purchase at $1.50 per pound if you need extra material.
We offer a standard low-fire kiln schedule for work created in the studio. If you’re interested in high-fire or alternative firings, we’re happy to discuss options. These may involve additional costs and can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Our open studio is perfect for students, hobbyists, and returning ceramicists who want consistent studio access without the structure of a formal class.
